    Abstract
    Human resources are the most important asset in an organization or company. PT. Pos Indonesia Jember Branch is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which operates in the delivery service sector. The increasing development of e-commerce in Indonesia has had an impact on private companies starting to move into the goods delivery business. The emergence of competiltors led to the existence of PT. Pos Indonesia is declining. The decline in company performance is of course caused by employee performance. Based on the results of observations, several phenomena were found that occurred related to the performance of the research object, namely PT. Pos Indonesia Jember Branch as well as several variables that are considered influential. Therefore, the things studied in this research are the influence of transformational leadership, organizational climate and self efficacy on employee performance. This research uses a causal associative approach with a population of PT employees. Pos Indonesia numbered 42. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria being employees who did not serve as top managers at PT. Pos Indonesia Jember Branch. So the number of samples in the research was 41 respondents. The data analysis method applied is multiple linear regression analysis with the independent variables consisting of transformational leadership, organizational climate, and self efficacy, while the related variable is performance. The results of research assistance using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software show that transformational leadership, organizational climate and self efficacy have a significant influence on the performance of PT employees.
