    Abstract
virus and the Aedes aegypti mosquito as the vector. One way to eradicate the chain of spread of the dengue vector was to use a biolarvicide, namely a mixture of betel leaf extract (Piper betle) and lime leaves (Citrus aurantiifolia). The aim of this research was to determine the greater LC50 of a mixture of lime leaf and betel leaf extracts against Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. The research used 640 late III-early IV instar Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae, namely 20 in each treatment. The kontrol treatment consisted of a positive kontrol (100 ppm abate) and a negatif kontrol (distilled water), each treatment received 4 repetitions with an exposure time of 24 hours. The extract doses used were 100 ppm, 300 ppm, 500 ppm, 700 ppm, 900 ppm, and 1,100 ppm. Data analysis used the ANOVA test with SPSS version 29.0 and was published in writing in the form of a reference book. The book validation test was carried out by 3 validators from Jember University Biology Education lecturers and 1 Jember University Biology Education student. Lecturers served as material experts, 1 lecturer as a media expert, and 1 student as a user. The research results stated that the LC50 value of the extract mixture was 496,610 ppm with a lower limit of 449,588 ppm and an upper limit of 539,183 ppm. The results of the analysis stated that the extract mixture was toxic to mosquito larvae because it had an LC50 value <1,000 ppm. The reference books that had been prepared were declared suitable for reading.
