Tourism is a part of businesses that are interrelated in terms of producing goods and services for the needs of tourists in its implementation, Tour and Travel is one of the tourism industries which is currently growing rapidly. The purpose of Tour and Travel is to make travel easier, smoother and more planned. This Final Project was written based on job training at Rosin Tours Surakarta. This final project aims to describe and explain the promotion and service quality at PT. Rosin Tours Surakarta. Promotion is an attempt to notify or offer products or services with the aim of attracting consumers to buy or consume them. Quality of service is meeting the needs and requirements as well as on time to meet customer expectations. PT. Rosin Tours Surakarta has various service programs to meet customer satisfaction. In this case it can be concluded that the promotion and service quality in PT. Rosin Tours Surakarta greatly influences consumer purchasing decisions for products and services. Prospective consumers usually purchase products and services through the Whatsapp application and purchase directly at the nearest Rosalia Indah agent. This is because the Rosalia Indah Transport application lacks service information.
