Abstract

Lack of awareness of the perpetrator business micro small and secondary (UMKM) will use the assistance business Which the exact background of this research. There is still no research that examines the relationship between business assistance assistance and the level of empowerment of UMKM actors in Sempol Village, Ijen sub-district, so the problem in this study is whether or not there is a relationship between business assistance assistance and the level of empowerment of UMKM actors. This research aims to.know.the relationship between business assistance assistance and the level of empowerment of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Village Sempol Subdistrict Ijen. The type of research used is correlational research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 20 respondents who were small and medium micro entrepreneurs who received business assistance in Sempol Village, Ijen District. Test the validity of the questionnaire using the formula rank spearmen by conducting a validity test in Kalianyar Village and the reliability test was carried out with a technique Cronbach’s alpha with the help of IBM SPSS version 22. The collected data is analyzed using analytical techniques rank spearmen. The results of the correlation coefficient value obtained rcount 0.659 and the rtable value obtained was 0.475 with N = 20. At the 5% significance level, a value of 0.002 was obtained, which means the value is less than 0.05. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of this study are that Ha is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between business assistance. assistance and the level of empowerment of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Sempol Village, Ijen District. In other words, after the mentoring process is carried out, UMKM actors have new enthusiasm, new innovations, and even better ideas to develop their businesses so that their lives are more empowered again.
