Pengembangan Buku Panduan Pemanfaatan Bahan Alam Untuk Menstimulasi Seluruh Aspek Perkembangan Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di TK Negeri Pembina Kaliwates
Abstract
Learning in early childhood is done to stimulate all aspects of child development according to their age level. Based on the results of observations, the problem was found that educators did not utilize natural materials as a medium for children's learning at school and were more interested in using existing learning media such as LKA. Therefore, the solution from the researcher is to make a guidebook for the use of natural materials to stimulate all aspects of child development aged 5-6 years.
This research uses the Development Research method (Research & Development) with the ADDIE model, to develop a product in the form of a guidebook for the use of natural materials that can provide illustrations and ideas for educators related to the use of natural materials as a learning resource for children. This research was carried out through five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were 14 children aged 5-6 years who were in class B1 of TK Negeri Pembina Kaliwates.
Researchers determine the success of this study at least the score reaches valid, practical, and effective criteria. The research was conducted by 1) analyzing the achievement of children's development and the use of curriculum in TK Negeri Pembina Kaliwates, 2) designing a product about the utilization of natural materials as a medium for children's learning in the form of a guidebook for the utilization of natural materials, 3) developing a product that has been designed and then validating it related to the model and content of the book by analyzing the data from the validator's assessment, for the results obtained 3.7 (valid) for the book model and 3.56 (valid) for the content of the book. 4) at the implementation stage, the application of activities related to the utilization of natural materials in the guidebook is carried out then an analysis is carried out on the achievement of the practicality score and the effectiveness of the score obtained for practicality, namely 3.6 (practical) and a score of 2.84 is obtained for the effectiveness of the achievement of the guidebook on child development, 5) the last stage is the evaluation of the product that has been developed. From the results obtained, the guidebook for utilizing natural materials that has been made has met the criteria of valid, practical, and effective.
