Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Flipped Classroom terhadap Student Engagement dan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik pada Pembelajaran Sejarah Kelas XI IPA SMAN 1 Genteng
Abstract
This study aims to study the effect of using flipped classroom and PBL learning models on student engagement and learning outcomes. The approach used is quantitative with experimental methods. The sample studied was students of class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Genteng, totaling 60 people. Data collection was carried out using a 15-item questionnaire and a 20-item question test. To test the effect of the learning model, the researcher used the analysis formula for paired sample t test. The score results show the student engagement questionnaire test with a sig value of 0.00 (0.00 <0.05), and for pairwise differences means it shows an average increase in the experimental class value of 16.6 and for the control class 16.0. Meanwhile the t test results for the learning achievement test also show a significant effect with a sig value of 0.00 (0.00 <0.05) and for the pair differents value it means that it shows the average increase in the experimental class value of 3.4 and for the control class 2.5. The use of the flipped classroom learning model in the experimental class has a considerable influence on student engagement and learning outcomes.
