Pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Pemerintah Kecamatan dan Pemerintah Desa se-Kecamatan Senduro Kabupaten Lumajang
Abstract
Every organization has a planned goal. To achieve this goal, effective
performance of the apparatus is needed. Performance is influenced by several
factors. Based on the observations of researchers, the most prominent factor is the
competence of the apparatus. Apparatus as human resources must have high
competence to produce effective performance. In government organizations,
organizational performance is accounted for in writing through the Government
Agency Performance Report (LAKIP). The report is also a report on the
performance of the apparatus because the performance of the organization is a
reflection of the performance of the apparatus. Based on the LKjIP of Senduro
District in 2022, performance realization was successfully achieved according to
the organization's performance indicator target. This success is inseparable from
the performance of village governments in Senduro District. Therefore, the location
of this research was carried out at the Senduro Sub-District Office and Village
Offices throughout Senduro District.
This study aims to explain the influence of competence on the performance
of sub-district government apparatus and village government in Senduro District,
Lumajang Regency. This study used quantitative data analysis techniques with non-
parametric statistical methods. The analysis technique used is Spearman Rank
Correlation. Based on data analysis, the results of the Spearman Rank Correlation
test produced a number of 0.702 so that it shows a strong influence between
competence and apparatus performance. Furthermore, the Significance Test yields
acalculated t of 5.209 which is greater than thetable t of 1.701. So, the conclusion
that can be drawn is to reject H0 and accept H1. This means that there is a
significant influence of competence on the performance of sub-district government
apparatus and village governments in Senduro District Lumajang Regency.
