Pembentukan Karakter Anak Usia Dini Melalui Metode Pembiasaan di PAUD AL-Hidayah Jember
Abstract
Character building has considerable potential in preventing moral problems from occurring. One form of overcoming this is by means of educators instilling children's character through routine and spontaneous habituation carried out in learning activities at school and at home. This study aims to (1) how to build the character of early childhood through habituation methods in PAUD Al-Hidayah Jember. This type of research uses a qualitative method using 3 types of methods, namely the method of moral known, moral feeling, and moral action with 2 habits, namely routine habituation and spontaneous habituation to help build character. The data collection method was carried out by observing at school and interviewing teachers and parents of students. Based on the research results, it shows that the formation of early childhood character through routine and spontaneous habituation methods for children in forming moral character knows that the teacher gets used to children telling stories about their experiences in class consistently, then in forming moral
