    Abstract
    Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of financial and non-financial compensation on employee performance at Wisata Bee Jay Bakau Resort (BJBR) Probolinggo. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population used in this research is all employees of Wisata Bee Jay Bakau Resort (BJBR) Probolinggo, totaling 40 employees, as well as being used as a sample. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results obtained in this study state that financial compensation on employee performance partially has a significant effect on employee performance, and non- financial compensation partially has a significant effect on employee performance and financial and non-financial compensation jointly has an effect on employee performance on Bee Tourism Jay Bakau Resort (BJBR) Probolinggo. Keywords: Compensation, Employee Performance. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan non finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Wisata Bee Jay Bakau Resort (BJBR) Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan Wisata Bee Jay Bakau Resort (BJBR) Probolinggo berjumlah 40 karyawan, sekaligus dijadikan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian yang didapat dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kompensasi non finansial secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta kompensasi finansial dan non finansial secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Wisata Bee Jay Bakau Resort (BJBR) Probolinggo. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan.
