dc.description.abstract | This thesis focuses on the design of a user-friendly interface for the mobile-based customer application of Situbondo Water Utility Company (PDAM) using the UserCentered Design (UCD) method. The aim is to simplify and streamline administrative tasks for PDAM services, eliminating the need for customers to physically visit the PDAM office. The research begins with an analysis of user requirements to understand their needs, preferences, and contexts. Based on this analysis, an intuitive and responsive user interface is designed, incorporating features such as bill checking, bill payment, and service complaint submission. The usability and effectiveness of the interface are evaluated using the Cognitive Walkthrough method. The outcomes of this research contribute to improved user interface design, enhancing user satisfaction and providing a more efficient and convenient experience for PDAM Situbondo customers. | en_US |
