    Abstract
The 21st century requires humans to have skills in all aspects, unfortunately this demand has not been well facilitated in the world of education. Indonesian education, especially in physics lessons, still tends to use classical methods, so that students' skills are not maximally honed to solve problems in the industrial era 4.0. This study aims to train high school students' engineering process skills in renewable energy material by implementing a STEM-integrated Project Based Learning through a wind power plant simulations. The research was conducted in class X D SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a single case study approach to analyze students' engineering process skills. Engineering process skills consist of eight indicators including problem identification, investigation, imagination, planning, creating, testing, repair, and communication. These indicators are analyzed through student work, discussions, and interviews. Meanwhile, the indicators of STEM integrated Project Based Learning model consist of teacher introduction, learning objectives, connections, well-defined outcome, materials learning, engagement, exploration, explanation, extension, and evaluation. The results indicated that students had excellent engineering process skills in the indicators of creating, testing, and repairing. Meanwhile, the other five indicators are identification, investigation, imagination, planning, and communicating, were categorized as good. These results indicate that students' engineering process skills are categorized as good.
