dc.description.abstract | Low back pain is a pain that felt in the lower back region (L1–L5) and one of the musculoskeletal problems that often felt by the workers. Salesperson is one of the jobs that are at risk for causing low back pain. Working as a salesperson has a high risk for exposure to low back pain risk factor such as individual factors and work factors. The purpose of this research was to analyzed relationship between low back pain complaints with individual factors and work attitude among salesperson in Department Store Golden Market Jember. The type of research that is used in this study is analytic observational with quantitative approach and cross-sectional design. Data analysis using rank spearman statistical test with α=0,05. The result of this research showed that there is correlation between length of work (p=0,003<0,05; positive), exercise habits (p=0,035<0,05; positive) and work attitude (p=0,041<0,05; positive) with low back pain while there is no correlation between age (p=0,067>0,05; positive) and body mass index (p=0,684>0,05; positive) with low back pain. It needs to be an ergonomic workstation improvement so that the work attitude of the salesperson is better. Salespersons need to adopt an ergonomic work position and do relaxation between work. | en_US |
