dc.description.abstract | Hydroponic agriculture is a method of producing plants that does not use soil as a growing medium, instead
relying on water and a nutrient solution. Hydroponic agriculture is a method of producing plants that does
not use soil as a growing medium, instead relying on water and a nutrient solution. P4S Hikmah Farm
cultivates vegetable horticulture for commercial purposes, but it has various challenges in practice,
including a lack of product diversification due to inconsistent demand from partners and consumers, and a
tough time breaking into the larger market. This study uses a descriptive methodology in the form of BMC
analysis and analytical with TOWS analysis to determine the place, which is Pare, Kediri Regency. The
results show that: (1) The analysis results of the analysis of the BMC from P4S Hikmah Farm are several
appropriate elements and some need improvement. These improvements are found in several elements
such as the value propositions, channels, and key partnerships The IFAS and EFAS figures in the SWOT
analysis using TOWS mapping are 1.28 and 1.14, respectively, putting P4S Hikmah Farm in quadrant 1,
which is the most profitable position to implement an SO strategy taking use of strengths and opportunities. | en_US |
