The film of Cruella recounts the tale of Estella's pursuit of her ambition and her subsequent transformation of identity into Cruella. The lead role of Estella and Cruella is portrayed by actress, Emma Stone. The film of Cruella features a main character who possesses two distinct personalities, namely Estella and Cruella. The contrast between the appearances of the characters of Estella and Cruella is demonstrated through the utilization of costumes and makeup, which serve to depict their respective character traits. The research on the film of Cruella addresses the problem statement of the role of costumes and makeup in supporting the characterization of the main character.
