    Abstract
    This research is an experimental research type that aims to determine how the influence of the Value Clarification Technique learning model on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN Dabasah 4 Bondowoso. The research design used was a quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental) with a non-equivalent control group design pattern. The subjects in this study were students of class IVA and IVB at SDN Dabasah 4 Bondowoso. The method of grouping the sample members of the experimental class and control class on the pattern is done randomly or randomly. The data analysis technique used t-test, to find out the learning outcomes before being given treatment a pre-test was carried out and after being given treatment a post-test was given. The results of the calculation of the t-test or independent sample t-test showed that the t-count was 4.170 while the t-table was 2.010 with a significance level of 5% or 0.05. So, the obtained tcount> ttable that is equal to 4,800>2,010. Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the Value Clarification Technique learning model on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students with the theme The Beauty of Togetherness at SDN Dabasah 4 Bondowoso.
