Abstract
This quasi experimental research was intended to know whether or not therewas a significant effect of using games on the eighth grade student's vocabulary achievement at SMP 1 Ambulu in The 2009/2010 academic year.This research was started by conducting an interview with the english teacher of the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri1 Ambulu on 19 May 2010.
