Gambaran Antenatal Care (ANC) pada Ibu Hamil dengan Preeklampsia di Wilayah Pertanian Jember
Abstract
Preeclampsia is one of the health problems that threaten during pregnancy. Quality Antenatal Care (ANC) is an effort to reduce the incidence of preeclampsia. Through the ANC, pregnant women can be screened for health problems, one of which is when there are signs of preeclampsia symptoms. This research aimed to analyze the presence of an ANC picture in pregnant women with preeclampsia in agroindustrial Jember. This research is quantitative research of descriptive analysis. The total population consists of 1928 pregnant women in the working area of the Banjarsengon, Panti, and Tempurejo Health Center. Data collection using the Quality of Prenatal Care Questionnaire (QPCQ) consisting of 6 subscales with 46 statement items. The results showed that the ANC quality of pregnant women with preeclampsia got the highest average score on the support and respect subscale (4.18) and the lowest average score on the proximity sub-scale (2.36). The quality of ANC in preeclampsia pregnant women is based on the support and respect given by health workers when performing ANC services, pregnant women with preeclampsia need assistance, monitoring, and referral by midwives or health workers. It is hoped, that health workers providing ANC services prioritize support and respect so that pregnant women with preeclampsia regularly visit the ANC so that they do not lose contact with health workers during pregnancy until delivery.
