In Indonesia, the number of coffee exports has promising potential for economic development, the types of coffee products exported are in the form of coffee beans, both green coffee and coffee beans that have been roasted and in the form of processed coffee. The problem faced is that most Indonesian coffee farmers are small farmers with limited skills which makes most Indonesian coffee harvest coffee while it is still green. Poor quality of raw materials reduces the level of consumer confidence in consuming processed coffee products. Another problem experienced by downstream industry players is the lack of availability of facilities and infrastructure. Based on the mapping of the problems obtained based on the results of interviews and observations at the Ketakasi Cooperative and Coffee Farmers in Silo District conducted by the service team, it was found that there are several problems that must be solved immediately. The specific targets of the service program include increasing sales of processed coffee, providing education related to the international sales process, and the profile book of the Ketakasi Cooperative and Silo coffee farmers, Jember Regency.en_US
