Collecting data using the method of distributing questionnaires to farmers, with 36 questions about work stressors in agriculture and 7 questions about the subjective well-being of sugarcane farmers. The number of respondents in the study were 78 sugarcane farmers who lived in Yosorati Village, Sumberbaru District and met the criteria determined by the researcher. The data analysis used the Spearman rank correlation test with p-value <0.05. The results showed that the mean value of work stressors was 52,40 (min-max = 23-84) indicated to almost low work stressors. While the median value of subjective well-being was 52 and the modus was 53 (minmax = 44-67) indicated to almost high subjective well-being. There was a significant correlation between work stressors and subjective well-being (p = 0.004 and r = -0.322) with a low negative correlation between the two variables. Its shows that the almost lower work stressors will influence the higher perception subjective about quality of life on sugarcane farmers. Nurses suggested to give health promotion and prevention such as stress management to reduce the risk of physical or mental illness, injury and work accidents related to stress, so the farmers can identify and determine appropriate strategies to increase their perceptions of satisfaction with their quality of life.
