dc.description.abstract | This study aims to produce high school biology modules based on ethnobotanical knowledge
of the people of Trenggalek, Tulungagung, and Ponorogo to improve student learning outcomes that
are proven valid, effective, and practical. The development research used a 4-D model which was tested
on students of SMAN 1 Dongko Trenggalek. Sources of data come from related literature studies. The
results of quantitative data in the form of validation data, readability data, learning outcomes data, and
student response data. Qualitative data in the form of interview data and questionnaire analysis of
student needs. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, tests, and interviews.
The plant diversity biology module based on the ethnobotanical knowledge of the people of Trenggalek,
Tulungagung, and Ponorogo for class X SMA students was tested to be valid, practical, and effective.
Based on the results of expert and user validation tests, 80.09% were interpreted as valid categories,
while user validation was 87.50% which were interpreted as very valid categories. The results of the
practicality test have an average rating of 93.97% which is interpreted as a very practical category.
The results of the effectiveness test have an average N-gain of 52.03 with moderate criteria. | en_US |
