becoming risky to have many health problems. One of the health problem due to farming activities is a skin
integrity disruption. Occupational skin disease is a skin disease caused by exposure to chemical substances in the
workplace environment. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between Personal Protective Equipment
(PPE) with impaired skin integrity to farmers. This study was a cross-sectional study with 93 respondents
obtained by cluster sampling. Data was gathered using two questionnaires. Data analyzed by using chi-square
with 95% CI. The result showed that there was a relationship between usage of PPE with skin integrity disorder
of farmers (p: 0,001; α: 0.05). Therefore, it is concluded that usage of PPE can reduce the risk of skin integrity in
farmers. It is important to educate farmers to obey with their risk during work at the field and how to reduce it by
