Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the area of capital expenditures, management effectiveness, and efficiency and financial independence in the area of East Java province in 2013 and to analyze the influenze of local capital expenditurs, management effectiveness, and efficiency as well as financial independence toward economic growth in the area of East Java Province 2013.
