dc.description.abstract | Bladder stones in children are more likely to be exposed to society in developing countries than in developed countries due to malnutrition and urinary tract infections. These conditions if not treated immediately can cause urosepsis even to death. We report a case in a 13-year-old boy with neglected bladder stones. There were multiple stone, with the largest 7 cm in diameter. This patient had cystoscopy and vesicolithotomy for therapy with acute kidney injury, urosepsis, marasmus, uremic encephalopathy, hypoalbuminaemia and anemia. | en_US |
