Pregnancy in teens has a high risk, not only damaging the future of the teenager concerned, but also very dangerous for his health. Underage pregnancy carries a high risk of death. Death of unintended pregnant in teenagers can be caused by lack of care and examination during pregnancy. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach and is carried out in Widodaren Subdistrict, Ngawi Regency. The study was conducted with in-depth interviews with informants who have been determined by purposive sampling. Adolescents realize the importance of pregnancy care, one of them is by pregnancy examination. The view of pregnancy care according to adolescents is to make the mother and fetus healthy even though it is considered capable of opening up the disgrace of pregnancy. Teenagers get pressure and negative views of other people towards teens for pregnancy care. Barriers to adolescent care for pregnancy, namely the reluctance to care are shame. Facilities and infrastructure for pregnancy care are namely pregnancy ultrasound and vitamin consumption. Teenagers have the intention of the desire and confidence to take care of pregnancy since receiving support from the closest person and the responsibility of the partner. Adolescent behavior in pregnancy care shows that adolescents try to abort early pregnancy.
