Agribusiness in integrated managed not to impact on margins inequality, and aquaculture sector
usually become victims because of dualistic economic structure. Changes in the business
environment and policies, as well as market information changes (as a result of changing tastes,
consumer, price) is not transmitted " fair " to the downstream sector, aquaculture and upstream,
even tend to strengthen the position of monopsonist detained in the upstream sector. The
complexity of this problem agribusiness interesting to study more in especially in Jember district
as a base seed for food crops. Adequate empirical question be: How do perceptions of
agribusiness addressing changing business environment and agribusiness sectors performers
crops? Extent of preparedness and self-reliance in food crop agribusiness run effort to create
independence in Jember? How performers human resources in the agribusiness sector in Jember
crops? How to agribusiness human resource development efforts that have been there? Should a
business partnership be formed as a synergy and stabilization efforts agribusiness? In the
institutional framework of how the development of the agribusiness sector can be pursued? The
agribusiness has confidence that the business will experience growth and a rapid increase.
However, almost the whole of the respondents does not have a plan in their business development.
This is because the agribusiness crops still depend on the existing market mechanisms.
Institutional agribusiness does not provide for the development of agricultural activities that result
in less development of the institutional aspects of agribusiness. Agribusiness in Jember acquire
entrepreneurial knowledge based on personal experience, so it is often put aside the technical
aspects of managerial primarily managerial principles. Traditional mindset that still underpin
agribusiness employment patterns in Jember, so that aspect is less sharp entrepreneurship. This is
shown still reluctant to borrow capital to the bank so there is concern to expand or develop their
business. Institutional aspects of agribusiness to do in the future is participatory agribusiness
partnership with the cooperative concept of professions as the most desired concept.
