Rancangan Jumlah Isian Bahan Peledak per Lubang dan Jarak Ukur Berdasarkan Prediksi Ground Vibration Sesuai Standar SNI 7571:2010 di PT XYZ

Abstract

Blasting is carried out to facilitate mining workers in extracting excavated materials, turning large volumes of rock into smaller volumes of rock so that they are easy to extract and transport. Ground vibration is a wave that travels through the earth due to an energy source's presence. This power source can derive from nature, like earthquakes or from human actions, including blasting operations. The study results are ground vibration measurements represented in peak particle velocity (PPV) parameters, which include three vibration components: transverse, vertical, and longitudinal. From this data, it will be used to calculate SD (Scaled Distance), predict PPV values and finally to obtain a comparison of predicted and actual PPV data in the form of graphs and deviation errors in the form of percentages. Then, a design of the optimal filling material and distance for subsequent blasting is made. Determination of PPV and powder factor values is in accordance with SNI 7571:2010. The correlation between the scaled distance measurement and the real PPV in the field through power regression obtained the value of K = 5791,4 and M = -1,795, thus the filling and distance design can be made. The recommended filling per hole to reduce the PPV value to below 0,5 mm / s (assuming the average data of the actual PPV value) is 1. The optimal explosive filling material for PPV below 0,5 ms at a distance of 1300 meters is 50 kg. 2. The optimal explosive filling material for PPV below 0.5 ms at a distance of 1400 meters is 50 to 58 kg. 3. The optimal explosive filling material for PPV below 0,5 ms at a distance of 1500 meters is 50 to 66 kg. 4. The optimal explosive filling material for PPV below 0,5 ms at a distance of 1600 meters is 50 to 74 kg. 5. The optimal explosive charge for a PPV below 0.5 ms at a distance of 1700 meters is 50 to 76 kg. 6. The optimal explosive charge for a PPV below 0.5 ms at a distance of 1800 meters is 50 to 76 kg. These recommendations are expected to be used for future blasting activities.
