UPAYA OKI DALAM MEMBELA BANGSA PALESTINA DARI PELANGGARAN HAM OLEH ISRAEL

Abstract

srael did infraction human rights like killed Palestinianini December 2008. Israel even destroyed many public facilities when Israel attacked Gaza. Hopefully, OIC has big role of defend Palestine from infraction human rights which that is OIC’s aim. That is same with Putrajaya declaration which it is explain Palestine cases. In the case of infraction, OIC try to mention Israel to International court of law. OIC submit resolution about follow up report International court of law. OIC submit resolution about follow up report International independency team fact finding united nation in Gaza conflict. OIC wants Israel has responbility on assumption human rights violation and humaniter at Gaza conflict, early 2009. But in 2011, head of investigation team United Nation, Richard Goldstone, withdrawed his report and said that his report about Gaza aggression was not accurate. OIC as an international organization that sholud role as declaration charter, could not defend Palestine on human right violations. OIC yet could build international support for impose sanction to Israel on Infraction human rights by Israel. It occurs due to OIC countries have not made a solid relation yet and hegemony west countries in united nations especially security council.
