Model Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Sosial Masyarakat Melalui Manajemen Berbasis Masjid (Studi pada Masjid Jami' Al Baitul Amien Jember)

Abstract

This study aims to further explore how the model of application of Management Jami’ Al Baitul Amien Jember mosque in an effort to improve the social welfare of the community. Through qualitative research methods with descriptive research types, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the model of application of mosque management in Jami’ Al Baitul Amien Jember mosque is divided into three areas, namely the idaroh field consisting of planning, organizing, actuating, controlling (POAC) or organizational management, imaroh field, which includes activities to prosper the mosque, and Ri'ayah field, which includes the maintenance of mosque buildings and facilities. The overall application of Management in these three areas contributes directly to improving the social welfare of the community including, the fulfillment of spiritual needs, social needs, and material. The welfare, social programs, and facilities provided have a real impact on the economic, educational, and social welfare of the surrounding community. Thus, Masjid Jami ' Al Baitul Amien Jember has successfully implemented a comprehensive and sustainable mosque management model, and is able to carry out its strategic role as a center of worship, social empowerment of the community, and economic empowerment of the people.
