    This research examines how budgetary performance measurement system and reward system become an instrument to show their influence on managerial performance with motivation as intervening variable. This research based on primary data which questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data analysis method which used in this model is path analysis. In this model, the independent variables i.e were estimated influence on as a dependent variable. The result of this research showed that only one variableindependent, that is’re ward system variables significantly influence to the dependent variable. Performance measurement system haven’t influence to managerial performance, adan reward system have a big influence to managerial performance.

    Abstract
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel komitmen, motivasi dan umpan balik terhadap prestasi kerja pada PT. BPR Anugerah Dharmayuwana Banyuwangi dan PT. BPR Eka Usaha Jember baik secara parsial dan simultan. Sampel yang akan diambil dalam penel itian ini sebesar 100% dari populasi sasaran. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner yaitu dengan memberikan daftar pertanyaan atau kuesioner secara langsung kepada para responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas data dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda,, uji asumsi klasik, uji F, uji t, analisis koefisien determinasi berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi parsial yang dioperasikan melalui program SPSS Ver. 16.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1)
