This research was a laboratory experiment using simple random sampling and the objects to inquire are 24 white male mice (Mus muscullus), which are devided into three groups treated in different ways. The first group is a controlling group given vetma diet and water. The second group given vetma diet and milk. The third group given vetma diet and water containing CaCO3. Measuring of calcium degree use flame fotometre. The data was analyse by anova. The result of experiment showed that giving added calcium from milk, which was consumed in period of post eruptive tooth, was not influential in increasing the calcium degree of the tooth.
