In quantum Mechanics espesially Tunneling effect, we discribes behavior of electron as wave, that produce from electron as single particle that move in atom and have energy level from quantum number (n.) In excitation condition, energy electron is less than energy of barrier, but in this condition electron almost have possibilities to penentrate the barrier, The analysis for this case in three dimensional condition that separated into three important region, and all of analysis by using computational programming as simulation to measure Transmission Coefficient and plotting wave function.
