Hospitals are included in the criteria for the workplace with a range of threats including accidents. The hospitals has special characteristic that can increase the chances of accidents. dr. Soebandi Hospital is a service industry in the field of health services are labor intensive, labor expert, capital intensive, and technology intensive so the risk of occupational accidents is very high. Therefore, Ocuupational Health and Safety (OHS) of hospitals need to be managed well. In order to implement OHS of hospitals more effective, efficient, and solid, a OHS management is needed for board and employee of hospitals. A Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHS-MS) is an integral part of the labor protection system. By applying Occupational Health and Safety Management System, a company can avoid the loss because of accidents. This research aimed to study the application of Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHS-MS) as the prevention and control of occupational accidents system at dr. Soebandi Hospital. It was descriptive research with qualitative approach. The number of informant was 7. It was taken by applying Purposive sampling method. Data Analysis Method in this research used deep guided interview technique, observation, and documentations. The data, then, was analyzed by using triangulation technique. The result of the research showed that OHS Management System can be apllied as an effort of the prevention and control of occupational accidents. According to the result, it was hoped that hospitals could communicate the board to the related institution, doing risk occupational accident assessment, and doing performance measurement of OHS.
