Identifikasi Proses Bisnis dalam Penerapan ERP Menggunakan Metode Balanced Scorecard dan Value Chain Analysis ( Study Kasus : PT Golden Fish Bali Market )

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has significantly transformed business operations and decision-making through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. PT Golden Bali Fish Market, a fresh fish distributor, currently faces operational challenges due to manual processes that lead to stock inaccuracies and unintegrated financial reporting. To address these issues, digital transformation via the implementation of Odoo ERP is proposed as a strategic step to integrate departmental functions in real-time. This study utilizes Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Value Chain Analysis (VCA) to evaluate current business processes and identify areas for optimization before system deployment. By leveraging these methodologies, the research aims to design an ERP system tailored to the company's specific needs, such as managing perishable inventory and streamlining distribution. Ultimately, the implementation is expected to enhance operational efficiency, ensure data-driven decision-making, and increase the company's competitive advantage in the fresh fish industry.
