Optimasi Pertumbuhan Tanaman Buncis (Phaseolus Vulgaris L.) Tipe Tegak Melalui Kombinasi Intensitas Cahaya Dan Pupuk Bokashi Trikomponen

Abstract

The production of green beans in Indonesia has declined over the past year. This situation has led to an imbalance between increasing demand and the availability of green beans. Therefore, it is necessary to develop effective and environmentally friendly green bean cultivation methods to obtain high-quality products. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of tricomponent bokashi fertilizer and light intensity on green bean growth. Specifically, this study was conducted to determine the C,P,N,and K content of bokashi fertilizer made from a mixture of rice husk ash, oat manure and coffee husks. This study also aimed to determine the optimal combination of bokashi fertilizer dosage and light intensity for green bean growth. The RAL method was used so that each plant had an equal chance of receiving treatment. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, total leaf area, wet mass and dry mass of the bean plants. The results of the fertilizer content analysis for C, P, N and K showed that the fertilizer met the specified standards and could therefore be applied to plants. The results showed that treatment P1 was the most optimal because it produced the tallest plants, the most leaves and the highest dry and wet masses. The conclusion of this study is that the use of bokashi fertilizer combined with the right light intensity can improve the growth quality og bean plants. Treatment P1 is recommended as the best combination for the vegetative growth of bean plants.
