Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Syariah dan Religiusitas terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Menabung di Bank Syariah (Studi Mahasiswa Ekonomi Syariah Universitas Jember Angkatan 2024)

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Islamic financial literacy and religiosity on the saving interest of students from the Islamic Economics Study Program at the University of Jember, class of 2024, in Islamic banks. The population in this study consists of students from the Islamic Economics Study Program at the University of Jember, class of 2024. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total sample of 99 respondents. This research employs a mixed-method. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression analysis and qualitative analysis using NVivo. The results of the study, based on the F-test, show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that Islamic financial literacy and religiosity variables simultaneously have a significant effect on saving interest in Islamic banks. Meanwhile, the t-test results indicate that the Islamic financial literacy variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on saving interest (Y) with a significance value of 0.035 < 0.05, and the religiosity variable (X2) also has a significant positive effect on saving interest (Y) with a significance value of 0.028 < 0.05. The NVivo analysis results indicate that religiosity is the most dominant factor influencing students' interest in saving at Islamic banks.
