dc.description.abstract | Turn over level of nurse in Soebandi Jember Hospital have increased 1,7% in
three last year. This matter represent one of symptom from lowering of loyalties
nurse. This research aimed to analyze the factors that relating with loyalties of
rollstat and honorary nurse in Soebandi Jember Hospital. Design of this research
is used by cross sectional with amount of sample as much 80 nurse taken by
saturated sampling technique. Data was collected by interview using questioner
and observation. Statistical analysis used chi square test with 95% level of
significance to analyze the relation between variable.
Loyalties level of rollstat also honorary nurse are related by individual factors
(sex, age, marriage status, sum up the responsibility, and year of work), and
organizational factors (satisfaction to salary, incentive, work climate, work safety,
and interpersonal relation). Loyalties level of rollstat nurse is related by
marriage status (p = 0,028), satisfaction to salary (p = 0,049), satisfaction to
incentive (p = 0,004), satisfaction to work climate (p = 0,019), satisfaction to
work safety (p = 0,049), and satisfaction to interpersonal relation (p = 0,019).
While loyalties of honorary nurse is related by marriage status (p = 0,034), year
of work (p = 0,030), satisfaction to incentive (p = 0,021), satisfaction of work
climate (p = 0,017), and satisfaction to interpersonal relation (p = 0,003).
The conclus
ion, loyalties level on rollstat nurse related with marriage status,
satisfaction to salary, incentive, work climate, work safety, and interpersonal
relation. While loyalties level on honorary nurse related with marriage status,
year of work, satisfaction to incentive, work climate, and interpersonal relation.
Although most of nurse loyalties is better if management also attention to give a
sufficient and proper salary to honorary nurse. | en_US |
