Hubungan Pengelolaan Program Kesetaraan Dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Warga Belajar DI Pkbm Rumah Pintar Inddas Situbondo

Abstract

PKBM Rumah Pintar Inddas Situbondo is a non-formal education institution that provides equivalency education programs for the community. In its implementation, the quality of program management plays an important role in influencing the level of learner satisfaction. Effective program management is expected to deliver educational services that meet learners’ needs, thereby enhancing their satisfaction. This study aims to examine the relationship between equivalency program management and learner satisfaction at PKBM Rumah Pintar Inddas Situbondo. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population consisted of 137 learners, while the sample included 34 respondents selected using random sampling with the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, and analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results revealed a positive and significant relationship between program management and learner satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient of 0.435 and a significance value of 0.010. These findings indicate that better program management is associated with higher levels of learner satisfaction. Therefore, program management plays a crucial role in improving the quality of non-formal education services and learner satisfaction.
