Abstract
The construction of the KH. Abdurrahman Wahid Building is a seven-story building project at RSU Muslimat Ponorogo with a contract value of IDR 95,000,000,000 and a building area of approximately 1,850 m². During, construction a shortage of concrete volume occurred in the floor slab casting work due to inaccurate, manual calculations Potentially causing delays, cost overruns, and reduced concrete quality. This study applies the Building. Information Modeling (BIM) 5D method to improve volume calculation accuracy cost estimation, and structural work scheduling. Three-dimensional modeling was carried out using Autodesk Revit based on Detail Engineering Design (DED) data, allowing the volume of each structural element to be extracted automatically through the Quantity, Takeoff feature. Work scheduling (BIM 4D) was performed using Navisworks by linking the 3D model to a schedule based on work duration analysis, Cost estimation (BIM 5D) was calculated using Microsoft Excel by integrating volume data and unit prices, referring to the 2025 AHSP Bidang Cipta Karya dan Perumahan adjusted to local Ponorogo prices. Volume comparison, results showed a minimum difference of 0.00% in the Kl column element and a maximum difference of 74.41% in the BK5 30×40 cm beam element, caused by differences in the trapezoidal cross-section calculation method, The total structural work duration based on Navisworks scheduling was 370 calendar days (October 1, 2024 October 6, 2025). The total structural work cost based on BIM 5D implementation was, IDR 22.720.698.615,15, with the first floor work having the largest cost propertion of 26,85% due to earthwork and foundation work
