Silo District People's Coffee Plantation is one of the largest people's coffee producers in Jember Regency. Based on the 2015-2031 Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) for Jember Regency, Silo District is one of the areas that has the potential to be developed as an agropolitan area with coffee as its main commodity in the plantation sub-sector. Irrigation water for coffee plantations is a very important object to note because its presence affects coffee productivity. The method used is to describe the water balance of coffee plantations using WEAP so as to get an overview of the surplus and deficit conditions of coffee plantations. The results showed that the ownership status of coffee plantations in Silo District was majority owned and managed by smallholders. Silo District experienced its highest water surplus in November, while groundwater availability is expected to be short of water or the highest deficit in August, this is because rainfall is lower than evapotranspirationen_US
