Abstract
This research aims to develop and determine the validity, practicality, and
effectiveness of Eco-STEM based E-LKPD to improve scientific creativity among
junior high school students in the subject of substances and their changes. The
background of this study is based on the lack of interactive, contextual teaching
materials and the lack of learning that emphasizes scientific creativity and
environmental issues. In addition, there is also a lack of utilization of digital media
in learning. This study uses the ADDIE development model, which consists of five
stages: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The research subjects
were 26 students in class VII A MTsN 2 Jember in the odd semester of the 2025/2026
academic year. The results showed that the Eco-STEM based E-LKPD was highly
valid, practical, and effective. The validity aspect was categorized as highly valid
based on expert assessment of content, language, presentation, and graphics in
accordance with the curriculum. The practicality of the E-LKPD obtained an
average percentage of 94% (highly practical category), indicating that the E-LKPD
can be used well and in accordance with the learning plan. The effectiveness of E
LKPD in enhancing scientific creativity is demonstrated by an average N-gain
value of 0.60 (moderate category), which indicates a significant improvement in
students' scientific creativity skills. The results of the student response
questionnaire also show an average score of 92.1% (excellent category) covering
aspects of appearance, ease of use, and usefulness. Thus, Eco-STEM based E
LKPD is suitable for use as effective innovative teaching material in improving
students' scientific creativity and fostering environmental awareness.
