Gambaran Faktor Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Kader dalam Implementasi Posyandu Balita (Studi di Desa Sucopangepok Kecamatan Jelbuk Kabupaten Jember)
Abstract
Background: The cadre's performance is closely related to the posyandu, the benefit of
which is to prevent toddlers from experiencing malnutrition. Jelbuk Health Center is
ranked 1st with the highest percentage of stunting. Jelbuk Health Center has three
villages that are included in the stunting locus, namely Panduman Village,
Sucopangepok Village, and Sukojember Village. These three villages had problems
with organizational factors, such as lack of facilities for the anthropometric tools used,
so anthropometric tools were used interchangeably, incomplete administration, and lack
of financial support from the village. Sucopangepok Village was chosen as the research
location because the results of the weighing month in February 2023 showed that the
village had a high increase in the number of cases. Organizational factors such as
facilities and infrastructure, imbalance, job design, and leadership are some of the
factors that influence performance.
Aims: Describe organizational factors on performance in implementing posyandu for
toddlers.
Methods: The research used descriptive methods to find out the picture in the posyandu
Results: Facilities and infrastructure and work design have good results even though in
the facilities and infrastructure, there are facilities that need to be replaced and repaired.
The rewards in the category are inappropriate because there is no PMT money,so cadre
rewards are used to make PMT. Leadership is in the adequate category due to the lack
of closeness between the leader and the cadres. Cadre's performance during toddler
posyandu activities showed promising results.
Conclusion: The research results show that the description of organizational factors in
facilities and infrastructure and job design is good, rewards in the category are
inappropriate, and leadership is in the adequate category with good cadre performance
