Sejarah Industri Rumahan Pengolahan Pisang AROMA Kecamatan Pasirian Kabupaten Lumajang Tahun 2016-2024

Abstract

This study examines the historical development of the Aroma Banana Processing Home Industry in Pasirian District, Lumajang Regency from 2016 to 2024. The research focuses on the background of the establishment of the industri and its developmental dynamics. This study employed historical research methods, including heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The findings indicate that the establishment of the Aroma Banana Processing Home Industri was influenced by family economic factors and the abundant availability of banana commodities in Pasirian District. The development dynamics of the industri include changes in capital, labor, production, marketing, and business profit. During 2017–2019, the industri experienced significant growth marked by increased production capacity, expanded marketing networks, and higher profits. However, during 2020–2021, the industri faced a decline due to the Covid-19 pandemic and decreased market demand. In 2022–2024, the business gradually recovered through product innovation and both direct and online marketing strategies. The existence of this home industri has contributed to employment opportunities and supported the economic welfare of the surrounding community.
