Pengembangan LKPD Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Bondowoso Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Materi Asal usul Kelas IV SD Negeri Bataan 1 Bondowoso

Abstract

Learning activities carried out in schools need to be supported by the use of instructional media that can enhance the success of the teaching and learning process. This study aims to develop Student Worksheets (LKPD) to improve students' learning outcomes. The study employs a Research and Development (R&D) method. The purpose of this research is to describe the validity, effectiveness, and practicality of LKPD based on Bondowoso local wisdom in Indonesian language subjects for fourth-grade elementary school students. The type of research used is development research based on the Borg and Gall model. The subjects of this study were 42 students from classes IV A and IV B at SDN Bataan 01 Bondowoso. The development of local wisdom-based LKPD resulted in a product that is valid, effective, and practical. The validation results obtained a score of 85, which falls into the highly feasible category. The product practicality score reached 75%, categorized as practical, while the product effectiveness score was 67%, categorized as moderately effective within the range of 60.00%–80.99%. The remaining 33% was influenced by other factors, namely internal and external factors such as learning motivation. It can be concluded that the implementation of the local wisdom-based LKPD is more effective than the use of conventional textbooks in enhancing students' understanding of local wisdom.
