dc.description.abstractThe development of the shredded fish industry requires bussiness actors to continue to improve the competitiveness of the products they produce. Therefore, UD. Findari Food needs to measure productivity. The Marvin E. Mundel method is used as a method of measuring productivity by focusing on production cost as inputs (labor, raw material, maintenance, depreciation, utility) and income as output. The highest total productivity index was acheived in July at 100,80% cum the lowest productivity index in March was at 92,45%. Productivity evalution result at UD. Findari Food productivity increase by improving each input, including increasing skills and discipline in the workforce, planning for the procurement of appropriate raw materials, schedule planning maintenance of machines and equipment regularly and regularly, improve control over raw materials sent by suppliers, and efficient use of energy and fuel.en_US
