Abstract
Management functions are essential for managing existing resources to ensure that
programs are implemented in accordance with objectives, effectively and
efficiently, systematically, and can be evaluated for future improvement. TK
Roudhatul Ulum Jember is an institution with the vision of “Realizing little
intellectuals with a Quranic soul” wich is manifested through a series of
habituation activities managed through the processes of planning, organizing,
actuating, and controlling (POAC). Therefore, this study aims to examine the
management applied to the Quranic education program at TK Roudhatul Ulum
Jember, Patrang District. The research method used is qualitative with a
descriptive approach. The data sources in this study are the principal and teachers
of TK Roudhatul Ulum Jember, Patrang District, with parents as supporting data.
Data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques.
The results of the data analysis indicate that the implementation of management
functions in Quranic educations activities has been practically effective, however
the institution still needs to establish the availability of formal Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs).
