PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA TANAH ADAT DALAM PERSPEKTIF KEARIFAN LOKAL PADA MASYARAKAT NGADHU-BHAGA, KABUPATEN NGADA-NTT

Abstract

The goal of the study to improve alternative dispute resolution of adat land conflict within local knowledge perspectif in Ngadhu-bhaga community , Flores, Nusa Tenggara Timur. In the socio-cultural reality of local knowledge is plural. The plurality of local knowledges are local komunity cosmological based. The dispute resolution of conflict always happens although it is guided in harmony. So, the dispute resolution of adat land conflict of Ngadhu-bhaga community it is world view orientation.
