HUBUNGAN PELAKSANAAN PERSONAL HYGIENE DENGAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN IMOBILISASI DI RS. PTPN X JEMBER

Abstract

Immobilization patients need help from other person to fulfill everyday need including taking care of shelf or personal hygiene. Nurses should have willingness in giving personal hygiene treatment to get the result that can satisfy the patient. Therefore, knowing the information of patient satisfaction is absolutely needed. The research is aimed to identify the Relationship Between of Personal Hygiene toward satisfy level of immobilization patients in PTPN X Hospital. This research is analytic survey by cross sectional approach. The subjects of this research were immobilization patients treated in PTPN X of 30 respondents. The data were collected using questionnaires given to the respondents after treatment in Personal hygiene. Sampel interpretation for this research used quota purposif sampling. That analysis used spearman correlation test. Statistics test calculation, got 19 (63.3%) to explain personal hygiene is enough, and than satisfaction level immobilization patient got 24 (80%) to explain low, with correlation spearman got value p<α (0,000<0,05), it’s mean Ho reject, or have Relationship Between Personal Hygiene with Satisfaction Level Immobilization Patient in PTPN X Hosphital Jember. Nurses must be responsive to fulfill all personal hygiene requirement and extra ready facility bathing in serving immobilization patient to improve satisfaction level.
