PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PEGAWAI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR KECAMATAN TANGGUL KABUPATEN JEMBER
Abstract
The success of organization in reaching it’s destination depends in the officers
work performance that effected to the organization work performance. Officers work
performance influented by officers competency. Officers competency is an aspect that
make the success of organization. Officers competency has essential tole for realising
their duties to achieve the organization purposes that have been composed. Officers
competency in doing their duties can be seen from officers knowledge, skill, and
behaviour. Officers competency has important role for realising officers work
performance. An officers that has work competency means that he will make high
work performance, so that organization purposes can be obtained.
The purpose of the research is to know officers competency, officers work
performance, and to know is there or not the influence between officers competency
toward officers work performance at Tanggul Government Office in Jember Regency.
This research is took place at Tanggul Government Office in Jember Regency. The
information resourches tht collected by the writer is a data about the officers situation
at Tanggul Government Office in Jember Regency and target data and working
realisation program of Tanggul Government Office in Jember Regency at year 2007
and also employee absent data at same years.
This research is using kuantitatif analysis data technique is collected the data
that obviusly with member through measure material that has been fixed. In this Case
after the data collected so it can analized with non parametrik statistic method. The
writer used Chi Square analysis or Chi Quadrat, because data analysis is used to
know is there or not the influence of officers competency toward officers work
performance at Tanggul Government Office in Jember Regency. Next from data
analysis is the measure significance planed from the resourch result, choosing the
measure significance that certainly said that , “ Whenever X
