Studi Persepsi Ibu Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Posyandu Dengan Status Gizi Pada Bayi Usia 0-6 Bulan DI Kecamatan Panti Kabupaten Jember
Abstract
Health care of mother and baby can be facilitated through posyandu activities in
order to meet the nutritional needs of the infant. Exclusive breastfeeding as the
fulfillment of nutrition for infants aged 0-6 months, in addition to monitoring the
growth and development of infants can be facilitated at posyandu. On the other
hand, access to quality posyandu services is still very limited for mothers and babies.
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal
perceptions of posyandu service quality and nutritional status in infants aged 0-6
months in Panti District, Jember Regency. A cross-sectional approach was carried
out on 210 mothers who had babies aged 0-6 months using stratified random
sampling. Respondent characteristic questionnaire was used to obtain data related
to demographics, servqual questionnaire to determine service quality, and
observation sheets to determine nutritional status. The results obtained show that
there is no relationship between maternal perceptions of posyandu service quality
and nutritional status of infants aged 0-6 months, but the results of other analyzes
indicate that there is a relationship between maternal education and perceptions of
posyandu service quality on empathy dimensions and types of work with
perceptions of quality of posyandu services on the reliability dimension, in addition
it also found a relationship between the type of work and the sex of the baby with
nutritional status.
