    Abstract
    Word of mouth (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) Cafe dan Resto Pondok Rasa Lumajang. Artinya word of mouth yang terjadi baik dimana komunikasi yang terjalin antar konsumen sebagai responden dan penerima informasi bersifat positif mereka menerima informasi dari teman dekat tentang Cafe dan Resto Pondok Rasa Lumajang,semakin kuat hubungan semakin besar pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan konsumen yang berkunjung di cafe dan Resto Pondok Rasa Lumajang.
